Jacks (Johnson); his girlfriend Kimberly Miller; his children, Elijah Massie, Daniel Massie (Amanda), David Jacks Jr. (Sheryl), Amber Coley (Jeremiah), Julie Jacks (Kevin Bell), Autumn Jacks (Kelsi), Sierra Buzard (Isaac) and Trisha Buck; his stepson Paul Miller; his siblings, Shirley Tarbutton (Robert), Joseph Jacks, Cathy Ackley and Noreen Herring; and his niece Maryjo Johnson. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
