He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Bennett and Iva Bennett; and his siblings, Rosanna, Denzel, Dale, Marie and Donna.

He is survived by: his significant other Naomi E. Bennett; his children, Tracy Stump (Robert), Kelly Brown (Debra) and Kevin Brown (Debbie); his sister Kathleen Lozier; and his children, Pepper and Shelby. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
