He is survived by: his wife Amy Miller (Hixon); his brother Dave Miller; his son Michael Miller (Michelle); his grandchildren, Collen and Ethan of Springfield; his sons, Jason Miller (Melissa Kimball) of West Liberty and Danny Lee Miller; his pet Duke; and his in-laws, Joy, Pete Hixon, Greg and Tracy Hixon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
