He was predeceased by: his parents, David Johnson and Theresa Johnson (Millne). He is survived by: his wife Hilary Johnson (Russell); his children, Heather Davis and Russell Paul Johnson (Mary); his grandchildren, Connor, Luke, Nora and Noah; his aunt Maureen Johnson; and his sister Pamela Vernon (Clifford). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr, Columbus, OH 43214.
