He is survived by: his wife Charmaine; his children, David L. Dixon of Maine, DeLana Loveless (Clayton) of Springfield and Donnika Eugenia Howard (Marvin Harper) of Springfield; his siblings, Michael Howard (Iris) of Springfield, Mark Howard (Nancy) of Springfield, Kenny Howard of Sidney, Brian Howard (Michelle) of Dayton, Arnold Howard (Ann) of Springfield, Roxann Whitmore of Arizona and Mia Davenport (Steve) of Springfield; his brothers-in-law, Paul Storey, Norris Burton, Craig Portman, Duane Burton, Dana Lee Burton (Angie) and Dale Maurice Burton (Ann); his sons-in-law, Stephan Akram Sr. (Dawn) and Troy Lewis Sr. (Paula); and his grandchildren, Troy Howard, Stephana Akram, Dale Stephens, Andraez Howard, Stephanie Akram, Anthony K. Walker Jr., Tamarra Lewis, Gregory Howard and Smoot. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, & 1 great great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, & a host of friends.
