We bid farewell to Donald Jacobs of Springfield, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 6, 2025 at the age of 88. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Donald's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Donald's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alf Jacobs and Grace Jacobs (Stout); his wife Lyvonne; and his brothers, Charlie and Jim.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Jacobs (Angie) of Urbana, Pam Hartman (Rick) and Shannon Jacobs-Morris (Jesse) of Springfield; and also Judy Jacobs. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Kenney Zechman Funeral Home (1002 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation or the Clark County SPCA.
