He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McNeil and Louise McNeil (Fahey); his son David Joseph McNeil; and his brothers, Richard, Tom and John.
He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marty" McNeil; his children, Mickey McNeil, Mike McNeil (Julie), Dan McNeil (Celia) and Tish McNeil; his grandchildren, Randon McNeil (Jess), Tess Evans (Tony), Marlee Evans (Seth), MacKenzie McNeil and Kennedy McNeil; and his great grandchildren, Rosie, Annie and Ivy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Don requested that acts of kindness be paid forward, or donations be made to St. Vincent DePaul.
