It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dorothy J. Blevins of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 94, on November 1, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Elton and Naomi Elton (Sexton); her husband William Blevins; her daughter Rita Kendall; and her daughter-in-law Terri Blevins.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Blevins (Pattie Mumma), Rebecca Reed (Danny), Ronda Bass (Mark) and Jim Blevins (Robin); and her siblings, Robert Elton, Donald Elton, Betty Jo Lane, Jane Swink and Cindi Scott. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Northside Baptist Church (2425 Derr Rd, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
