She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Hazlett (Steve) and Harold S. Burt; her grandchildren, Daniel A. Detrick and Christina N. Dillavou (Richy); and her great grandchildren, Genevieve D. Thompson, Willow G. Thompson, Ryan A. Detrick and Jordyn I. Dillavou.
