She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Mencer and Blanche Stiner Mencer; her sister Gertrude; her brother-in-law Jack Baumgardner; her brother Willard (Bud); her sister-in-law Joan Mencer; and her sister Ellen Irene Mencer.
She is survived by: her husband Miles Lee Waggoner; her sons, Derrol (Helen) and Dana (Catherine); her grandsons, Ian Waggoner of Champaign, IL and Graham Waggoner of Springfield, OH; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Katie and Kenny; JoAnne Barrick of Stillwater, OK. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
