He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Sr. Myers and Elsie Myers (Leitschuh); his son David; his sister Joanna Craig; and his brothers-in-law, Merrill Wells, John Finfrock and Wayne Wells.
He is survived by: his wife Diane (Hall); his daughter Jodi (Shayne Houseman); his grandchildren, Tyler (Ashley), Kaylee and Travis; his son Darren (Angela); his grandson Eric; his daughter Jessica (Jeremy Albers); his grandchildren, Alivia and Hudson; his sisters, Barbara Wells (Fred Martin), Linda (Mike Knox), Dottie Finfrock and Cindy (Tim Bench); and his friend Norman Pence. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
