He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Allison and Hattie Bell Walters (Bowers); his wife Mary Lou Walters (Peck); his siblings, Lowell Walters and Sharon Sherwood; and his brother-in-law Earl Edgerly.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Walters (Barb), Mark Walters (Kay) and David Walters (Marie); his grandchildren, Jason Walters (Soveida), Dawn Kneisley (Bryan), Justin Walters, Chad Walters, Christina Walters, Jessica Engi (Brock), Destiny Miers (Matt) and Zoey Walters; his great grandchildren, Allyson, Ashton, Isabella, Nathan, Jacob, Jordon, Hunter, Gianna, Brody, Rory and Emory; and his sister Carol Edgerly. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
