He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Cowburn and Ruth Cowburn (Kotch). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cowburn (Powell); his children, Stacy Eanes (William), Deanna LeVan (Brent), Raymond Cowburn and Edward Cowburn (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Shelly (Bobby), Misti (Spencer), Eddie (Hillary), Billy, Justin (Jessica) and Chad; his great grandchildren, Danny, David, Hailey, Kailey, Riley, Brently, Levi, Kyler, Zoei and Jyles; and his siblings, Raymond Cowburn and Dolly Bowen (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
