It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie M. Knotts of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on August 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Looney and Edna Looney (Viers); and her siblings, Eileen Cutlip (Bill), Della Dunham (Francis), Faye Emmons (William) and Art Looney (Rose).
She is survived by: her husband Don Knotts; her children, Kevin Knotts (Deana) and Melanie Phillips (Brian); her grandchildren, Jaron Phillips (Lindsey), Megan Spetrino (William), Lindsey Davis (Jason) and Michael Knotts (Megan); her great grandchildren, Rowen, Will, Finley, Nora, Teagyn and Elisabeth; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Troy, Trey and Tensley; and her brother John Looney. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
