He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harrod and Mildred Elizabeth Harrod (Smith); his former wife Jean Harrod; his children, Kim Harrod, Pat Roberts and Ronald Harrod; his stepdaughter Patricia Valentine; his siblings, Helen Louise Ganger, Albert Harrod and Herbert "Cork" Harrod; and his grandsons, William "B. J." Harrod and Phillip Sprinkle.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Harrod; his children, Cynthia Judy, Ralph Harrod (Pam) and Valerie Adkins (Jeff McGee); his stepdaughters, Carol Campbell (Clarence) and Joanie Bush (Greg); his sister Betty Sue Hand; his sister-in-law Linda Powers (Joe); his grandchildren, Jospeh Harrod (Amanda), Casey Harrod, Alyssa Harrod (Damon), Matthew Sprinkle (Rachel) of Nicole Sarven, R. J. and Bella; and his stepgrandchildren, Christina Palmer (Rocky), Adam Radcliff, Dakotha Brown (Hunter) and Samantha Bush. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
