He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Anderkin and Joyce Anderkin (Ross); and his sister Pamela Pulver III (Carl). He is survived by: his children, Destine Windle (Brandon) and Ashley Anderkin (Rocky Brooks); his granddaughters, Sarah, Taylor and Briar; his former wife Betty Jo Walker; and his sister-in-law Vicki Anderkin.
