He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Sullivan (Lower); and his father Lyle Dwight Sullivan. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Sullivan; his brothers, Steven (JoAnn) and Kevin (Shawna); his sons, Adam Lyle and Eric Wayne, Jr.; his grandchildren, Austin and Reagan Sullivan; and his stepchildren, Daryl and Jenna Caudill. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces, cousins, and in-laws.
