Faith E. Freeman Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 27, 2025, at the age of 68, Faith E. Freeman of Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Pirozok and Mary Pirozok (Regan); and her brother Anthony Mikielewicz. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Freeman of Columbus and Meredith Freeman of Springfield; her grandchildren, Teigan and Jameson Hull-Freeman; her daughter Erika; her son-in-law T. J. Williamson of Columbus; her grandson Vincent Williamson; her brother Gerald Mikielewicz (Sue); and her friend Greg Sigley.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus for Cystic Fibrosis Research, honoring Faith's desire to someday have a cure for her grandson Vincent, and all children fighting the disease.
