He is survived by: his sister Betty; his niece Stacy Vanhorn (Roger); his nephew Donald Hopkins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rachael Vanhorn, Kristy Vanhorn, Melissa Laitasalo, Michael Hopkins, Matthew Hopkins, Nicholas Hopkins and Dakota Hopkins.
