It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Allen Blair of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Blair and Doris Blair (Taylor); his brothers, Bill, James, Otto, Ellis and Scotty; his siblings' children, Chip Blair and Mandy Blair; and his sister-in-law Wanda Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his daughters, Ellie VanHorn (Eric) and Nancy Blair; his granddaughters, Sara Pelfrey (Daniel), Keri Peters (Joel) and Haleah Liming (Jacob Walden); his great grandchildren, Aaron, Emma, Joey, Callie, Abigail, Korben and Colten; his brother Danny Blair of Georgestown, Kentucky; his mother-in-law Mae Reed; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Reed (Melanie) and Sharry Walters. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
