He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank M. Brown and Lillian Brown (Seagraves); his son Donald; his grandson Matthew; and his siblings, Dale, John, Letha, Julie and Ivy.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Maynard); his children, Alice Evans and Frank Brown, Jr. (Angel); his grandchildren, Shandi Brown, Annabel Mason and Mark Evans; his great grandchildren, Dakota, Landen, Caidence, Cassandra, Rebecca and Matthew; and his siblings, Forrest Brown, Mary Brown and Debbie Freeze. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
