He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Church, and Georgia Church, Sr. (Trent); his daughter Tammy Hefner; his brother Carl Church, Jr.; and his great-nephew Noah Kinser.
He is survived by: his sister Pat Samborsky; his aunts, Jean Harrold (Tex) and Jane Richardson (Tommy); his son-in-law Kevin Hefner; his grandchildren, Tricia, Kristen and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Chase, Ellie, Kameron, Leo and Brenna; his great great grandchild Evelyn; his nieces and nephews, Carl Church, III (Lorie), J. R. Mitchell (Amanda), Samantha Kinser and Stephanie Truett; and his siblings, J. C. Church, Brad Church, Randy Church and Angie Kraft. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
