He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred A. Smith and Edith Smith (Douglas); his wife Bonnie; and his brother Ralph. He is survived by: his children, Keith Smith (Annie), Darren Smith (Stephanie), Lance Smith (Misty) and Melanie Haffner (Keven). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
