He is survived by: his children, Lance Joseph Lookenott and Amy Jo Henry (Jon); his brother Randy Lookenott (Barb); his granddaughters, Jessica Terrill (Clay), Harley Sanders (Jake), Josie, Lily and Molly Henry; and his former wife Pamela Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
