It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Davis of Springfield, Ohio, born in Alcoa, Tennessee, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Davis and Opal Davis (Brown); his son Guy Wilson; and his siblings, Joseph Leroy Davis and Janice Woods.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Price, Leann Dunn, Diane Taylor and Dorothy Yates; his siblings, Joyce Rhodes of Springfield, Ohio, Poma Davis (G. T. Edwards) of Springfield, Ohio, Sandra Davis of Springfield, Ohio, Darnell Davis (Lisa) of Springfield and Ronald Davis (Felicia) of Peoria, Arizona; and his cousins, Eleanor and Homer Roberts.
