She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Couch and Catherine Couch (Caudill); her husband Donald Gene Smith; and her siblings, Bill Couch (Joan), Louise Keller (Clifford) and Sandra Bunger (Gene).
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Plessinger; her grandchildren, Kelly Plessinger and Matthew Plessinger; and her sister Karen Lawrence (Stan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and numerous other family and friends.
