She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Thompson and Miriam Thompson (Stevens). She is survived by: her husband Jerrold B. "Jerry" Collins; her children, Shari Spahr (Scott), Amy Eckert (Tony) and Joseph Collins (Jennie); and her sisters, Sandy Eichhorn and Debbie Spears (Robin). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
