She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hornyak, and Theresa Hornyak, Sr. (Jacob); and her husband James. She is survived by: her children, Gary Keys (Jean) of Wooster, Greg Keys (Melissa) of Springfield, Jeff Keys (Cindy) of Goose Creek, S. Carolina of Springfield, Ohio, Karen Lotz (Mark) of Springfield, Ohio and John Keys (Denise) of Springfield, Ohio; her grandchildren, Adam Keys (Tracy) of Wooster, Grant Keys (Kellee) of Mazatlan, Mexico, Lindsey Huenen (Jeff) of Tipp City, Eli Keys and Taylor Keys (Jamie Keys); and her great grandchildren, Talen, Camden Keys of Wooster, Ezra, Evie, Elias, Eden Keys of Mazatlan, Mexico, Isabella Pennington and Ellisyn Heunen of Tipp City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
