He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Lyall and Grace Lyall (Miller); his wife Mitzie Lyall (Stevens); his grandson Roger Lyall II; his siblings-in-law, Laverne Ferguson, Loretta Hamm, Beecher Stevens and Clayton Ferguson; and his niece Denise Ferguson.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Lyall (Debbie) of Urbana, Roger Lyall of Illinois, Ron Lyall (Kim) of Illinois and Anita Fries (Richard) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Ashley Shannon (Dakota), Nathan Fries, Kianna Sivill (Andrew), Brody Lyall, Brandon Lyall and Kaysi Glasgo (Ivan); his great grandchildren, Roger III, Trenton, Gavin, Noah, Coraline, Korbyn, Austyn and Glasgo; his great great grandchild Norrie; his nieces and nephews, Rhonda McCormick, Debra Rouse, Gary, Bob Ferguson, Randy Hamm, Don Stevens and Jay McCormick; and his pet Dolly.
