He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Clingman and Elsie Margaret Clingman (Vogel). He is survived by: his siblings, Randolph Clingman (Louise) and Alicia Cooke (William); and his nieces and nephews, Holly, Jeremy, Ian, Dustin, Sashoon and Myranda.
