He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Dean and Ada Lee Cutler (Vandergrift); his daughter Linda Sue Beougher (Kevin); his former wife Martha Sue Cutler (Price); and his wife Mary Lou Cutler (Rhodes). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
