He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Gibbs and Suna Mae Gibbs (Woods). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Gibbs (Martin); his children, James F. Gibbs, Rita Shaffer (Michael) and Mary Collins (David); his grandchildren, Dora, Calvin Collins and Paul Shaffer; his brother John L. Gibbs; and his sisters-in-law, Catherine Shumate (Robert) and Anne Woyat (Albert). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
