He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maiolo Jr. and Beverly "Joyce" Hauck; his aunt Sandy Leeth; and his stepfather Mike Hauck. He is survived by: his siblings, Renee Temple (David), Carla Cline (Maiolo), Nanette Cottrell (Maiolo) and Darren Maiolo; his cousin Nickey Leeth; his children, Dustin Anglemyer (Ashley), Ashley Hilt and Jessica Maiolo (Matthew Keller); his grandchildren, Peyton, Kenzleigh, Jaxton, Bryson Anglemyer, Maelli Hilt and Jackson Keller; and his stepbrother Mike Hauck. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews.
