He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Perks Sr. and Agnes Perks (Rinehart); his brother Donald Perks; and his brother-in-law Steve Keeling. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Perks; his sons, Michael Perks (Tracy) of Springfield and Brian Perks (Dakota) of South Vienna; his grandchildren, Ashley, Austin, Rebekah Yoakem (Josh), Garrett, Lacey and Wesley Perks; his great grandchildren, Vada, Harper and Harlow; his siblings, Diane O'Neal (Raymond), Vickey Keeling, Grant Perks Jr. (Gail) and Rodney Perks (Jeri); and his sister-in-law Onie Perks. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Risen Christ Lutheran Church and School in Jim's honor.
