He was predeceased by: his parents, James Picolo and Mary Picolo (Butera); and his siblings, Joseph, Margret Parson, Virginia Mencke, Elizabeth Garrity and Bernice Boggs.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Picolo (Wagner); his children, James C. Picolo (Amy), Daniel Picolo (Jennifer), Karen Felty (Eric), Michael Picolo (Stacey), Dominic Picolo and Jennifer Hayden (Toby); his siblings, Richard Picolo and Rita Fitzwater of Springfield, OH; and his sister-in-law Flora Hughes (Wagner). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many beloved family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Church or Clark County SPCA.
