She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph T. Hall, Sr. and Rosetta M. Mickey (Smith-Hall); her cousin Jeanette "Pean" Beatty; her son Brandon; her grandson Richard D. "Lil Rick; her siblings, Baby Girl Mickey, Tanya A., Ralph T. Hall, Jr. (Tony) and Perry R. Hall; her great grandchild Dallas Montgomery; her grandparents, Alfred, Maggie Hall (Harry), Stanley, Janet Smith (Upthegrove), Ross and Alameda Mickey (Lett); and her close friend Elizabeth Ann Scott.

She is survived by: her husband Robert D. "Bob" Scott, Sr.; her sons, Robert D. "Rob" Scott, Jr. of Pickerington, Richard D. "Rick" Scott, Sr. of Springfield and Christopher R. "Randy" Scott, Sr. (Tamika) of Gahanna, Ohio; her siblings, Chris V. A., Sr. Mickey (Kathy), Elvin A. Mickey, Jr. (Buttons) of Chillicothe, Kyra R. Mickey-Brown of Chillicothe and Lara Benson of Columbus, Ohio; her uncles, Gordon A. Smith, Sr. (Sonya) of Chillicothe and Roscoe Mickey of Beaver, Ohio; her aunt Julia Mickey-Brown of Chillicothe, Ohio; her sister-in-law Sondra K. Richardson-Hall; her daughter-in-law Lisa Brice-Johnson; Pam M. Hodge. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
