He is survived by : his parents, Rand Harrah and Mary Kay Harrah (Bowman); his daughter Megan Fain (Austyn); his granddaughter Kendyll; his brother Jarrod Harrah (Angie); and his nieces, Lauren (Keith), Emily (Trevior) and Jenna (Brent). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Clark County CTC carpentry program's Jason Harrah Memorial Fund, 1901 Selma Rd., Springfield, OH 45505.
