She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Pitstick and Ruth Pitstick (Sheerin); her son John Seavey; and her sister Barbara Monnin. She is survived by: her husband Donald Aldridge; her son Robert E. Seavey; her grandchildren, Bill Seavey, Jennifer Seavey, Erika Parker, Crystal Seavey and Tiffany Seavey; and her brothers, Gene Pitstick (Marita) and Fred Pitstick (Teresa). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Joan's name to Hospice of Dayton.
