He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Clyde and Eula Longworth (Fleeman); his son John A. Longworth; and his brother Bob Longworth. He is survived by: his fiancée Bonnie Funderburg; his daughters, Jennifer Ahmad (Omar) and Melissa Escalante (Oved); his grandchildren, Tori, Aaliyah, Seth, Sarah Ahmad, Adam and Ayden Escalante; and his siblings, Nate Longworth (Pam) of Columbus, OH and Patsy Baker (David). He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
