It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Curtis Cox of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Chester H. Cox. He is survived by: his mother Judith Cox (Cotrell); his children, Courtney, Destiney Cox, Brett, Brandon and Dustin Cox; and his siblings, Jeff Pelfrey, Teresa Pelfrey, Paula Barrett and Kim Cox.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial (838 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
