John P. Garrity Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John P. Garrity of Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on May 23, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John P. Garrity to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. and Louise M. (Kuss); his former wife Patricia; his wife Faye; and his brother Mickey Garrity.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Garrity, Tim Garrity (Sandra) and Cecilia Jenkins (Richard); and his sisters, Ann Reed and Eileen O'Brien. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505). A Mass will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Bernard Catholic Church (910 Lagonda Ave, Springfield, OH 45503).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard Church or the Catholic Central Athletic Department.
