We are sad to announce that, on December 25, 2020, at the age of 83, John T. Baird of Springfield, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice L. Baird and Catherine Baird (Dunigan); his wife Betty Jean Baird (Robinson); his children, Peggy Ann Agle (Robert Agle) and David (Cindy); his grandchildren, Emily DePompei (Dominic), Allison Seaman (Chad), Laura and Christopher Baird; his great grandchildren, Leo, Vinny DePompei and Autumn Regula; his siblings, Mary Anne Ark, Mildred Shook, Janice Covey, James Toner, William Baird and Jane Lucietich; and his grandson-in-law Lucas Regula.

“One of the greatest rewards of having gone to Fort Myers Beach, Florida the past several years was meeting John and Betty at Carlos Pointe. We quickly became close to them and enjoyed a treasured friendship while there and via phone in our respective states of Ohio and Indiana. No one could make us smile and laugh more than dear John. Betty termed it correctly when she told me, "He was one of a kind!" That he was. I am sure he is watching the Greyhounds racing in Heaven and winning lots.”
