He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Whip and Marie Whip (Nigh); his wife Gayle; his daughter Beth Blatt; his son-in-law Rod Bishop; and his sister Susan Wagner.
He is survived by: his daughter Jody Bishop; his son-in-law Jeff Blatt; and his grandchildren, Jason R. Bishop (Jennie), Kelly Blatt (Rob Runkle) and Stacy Tillman (Derrick). He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Conroy Funeral Home (1660 E High St, Springfield, OH 45505).
