He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Leila Inex Fugate (Houseman); his wife Shirley Ann Fugate (Goff); his daughter Kimberly Johnson; his siblings, Donna Williams, Jean (Lamar Ratcliff), LouBell (Robert Stapelton), Frank (Ruth Fugate) and Wayne (Deloris Fugate); his in-laws, Austin, Mildred Goff, Bill Goff and Vilma Treolo; and his close friend Pete Esthers.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony "Tony" Fugate, Tracy Furderer and Melissa Current (Darren); his son-in-law Rex Johnson; his sister Sandy McCaw; his sister-in-law Brenda Goff; his grandchildren, Sarah, Megan, Jessica (Chad), Emily, Joseph (Rachel), Jacob, Rapheal, Austin (Sam) and Lucas (Alex); his great grandchildren, Colton, Jaxson, Aurora, Nevaeh, Hunter, Madison, Ty, Mayson, Cameron and Avery; and his close friend Ed Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
