He was predeceased by: his father Joseph W. Smith. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Smith (Domansky); his parent-in-law Nicky M. Smith (Vallo); his siblings, Megan, Matthew, Michael Smith (Patti) and Kathy Cherubini (Rick); and his nieces and nephews, Kaley of Ashley, A. J. and Eric. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Facial coverings and social distancing are strongly encouraged.
