He is survived by: his mother Teresa Carter (Hurley); his son Joshua Christopher Baldwin Jr.; his sisters, Jenna Carter (Sean Clagett) and Savannah Carter (Trey Smith); his siblings' children, Jaylee Smith and Trey Smith Jr.; his grandmother Laura Hurley; and his uncles, Chris Baldwin (Brenda Baldwin), Timothy Hurley and Ted Hurley Jr. (Freda Hurley).
