She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur W. Yerty Sr. and Rosena C. Yerty; her brother Arthur Yerty Jr.; her parents-in-law, Cyril Pavelka and Dorothy Pavelka; and her sister-in-law Pattie Pendleton.
She is survived by: her husband Michael J. "Mickey" Pavelka; her sons, Michael J. C. "Curt" Pavelka (Tirena) of Peoria, IL and David T. Pavelka (Krissy) of St Louis, MO.; her grandson Harrison Curtis Pavelka of Peoria, IL; and her sister-in-law Elaine Yerty of Waller, TX.
In lieu of Flowers, donations can be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
