She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Heironomus and Helen Heironomus; her husband Ed Chamberlain; her daughter Kelle Smith; and her brother Mike Heironimus.
She is survived by: her nieces, Tammy Hasting (Dave) and Robyn Shafer; her son-in-law Sam Smith; and her brother-in-law Donnie Chamberlain (Carol). She is also survived by great nephews; great nieces and many other nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
