She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Neville and Vivian Neville; her former husband Milton Womacks; and her siblings, Eileen Kimes, Charlotte Trinkle and George Neville.

She is survived by: her husband Elmer Penwell; her children, Cathie Finchum and Michele Womacks (Mike Sadler); her granddaughter Zoey Marshall; her brother Ronald Neville (Jane); and her pet Tucker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
