She was predeceased by: her daughter Sarah Phipps; her sister Brenda Marshall; and her mothers, Sally Whallon and Bessie Phipps. She is survived by: her husband Terry Phipps; her daughters, Cheryl Sutton (Daniel) and Carol Blosser (Earl); her grandchildren, Paige, Zaine Staup, David, Mackinze Sutton, Jayden and JuJu Phipps; and her sister Missy Pruitt (Ron). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
